Sides weigh approximately 110 lbs (hanging weight) and are $6.75/lb. The price includes cut and wrap at a provincially-inspected facility that is also animal welfare approved.

The price is based on the hanging weight and sides yield approximately 75-80 lbs of meat. Bacon, ham, and sausages (all gluten-free) can be made for $4.25/lb to cover the additional processing costs. We can also arrange a payment plan that works with your budget. 

Bacon and ham are naturally cured using only sea salt and organic cane sugar and the sausages are gluten-free and made with organic spices according to our recipes.
