Our pigs are raised outside in the fresh air and sunshine – never in a barn. They are rotated through lush, diverse pastures where they can exhibit their natural instincts like rooting, grazing, and building wallows. They receive a daily ration of organic wheat, oats, peas, and flax that we source from local farmers and grind on farm.

Our back bacon is naturally cured with just organic cane sugar, sea salt, and hickory smoke.
